Disabilities. Our office is located in Ewing School, 1701 Colegate Drive,
Marietta, Ohio 45750. The contact person for this department is Brenda

JOB
POSTINGS:
The Washington County Board of Developmental
Disabilities is accepting applications for substitute teachers, substitute
classroom aides, substitute bus drivers and substitute clerical positions.
Substitutes are called on an as needed basis.
Substitute
applications are processed the same as full-time positions. The supervisor
of the area of interest will make the contact for an interview. The final
decision to hire will be made by the superintendent after satisfactory
references and a background check with the local sheriff's department are received. Once hired, the Personnel Department will assist in the
completion of the required state and/or federal fingerprint criminal background
check, applying for any registrations/certifications, and payroll
information. Some positions also require a driving abstract if the job
entails the transporting of consumers. All expenses are at the
responsibility of the
applicant.
